The hotel is located by a stunning lake with exceptional views, perfect for photographers. Rooms are spacious, clean, and offer comfortable beds for a good night's rest. the hotel offers a variety of fresh and delicious food in their buffets, with a variety of seafood options on offer. the hot springs are a perfect way to wind down after a day of activities.
Some guests complained about the ventilation and strong cigarette smells in the rooms.

Located along the beautiful lake with stunning views from the room. the staff was polite and helpful even with limited English. the best buffet filled with delicious oysters, steak, and crab tempura. With plenty of space, the room had both Western beds and Futons for the ultimate sleeping options.
The remote location can be challenging for non-Japanese travelers, especially with the purely Japanese style buffet. the room had awkward design, with the washbasin outside the toilet risking wetting the bed area.

The scenic view from our room was breathtaking and a highlight of our Xmas vacation. , we loved the traditional Japanese breakfast served at the hotel. The location was perfect for a peaceful holiday getaway, surrounded by nature and away from the city hustle.
The outdated facilities lacked proper maintenance and ventilation, which was evident from the unpleasant cigarette smoke that seeped into our non-smoking room, making it uncomfortable to stay in. the limited options in the restaurant made it challenging to find suitable dishes for picky eaters.
